We reclaim IC and solar grade used silicon materials from Semi-conductor industry, such as broken/scrap cell, wafer, top and tails, fallout,pot scrap and so on. Our basic requirement for silicon materials is: Purity >6N (99.9999%), P type, Resistivity >xxxxx, N type, Resistivity >xxxxx .IC grade is prefer. Broken solar cell >1/2 available.
