RFQ Details

SPECIFICATION OF BULK BUTTER :


Type : 100% Cows milk fat, edible, unsalted and Pasteurized. It
must be suitable for using in bakery items, sandwiches and other food products.
Brand : Any suitable renowned brand.
Style : Block with polythene wraps in paper carton.
Milk fat content : Min. 82% m/m (Only cow milk).
Moisture content : Max. 15.7% m/m.
Non- fat milk solids : Max. 1.5%
Pake Size : Max. 25 kg. per block.
Shelf-Life : Min. 06 month at the time of delivery to BFCC. Date of
manufacturing and date of expiry must be mentioned on each Bulk Butter pkt/Ctn, any tag or temporary date mark shall not be acceptable.
Limits of Chemicals:

i) Iron (Fe) : 1.5 mg/kg.
ii) Copper (Cu) : 0.1 mg/kg.
iii) Lead (Pb) : 0.1 mg/kg.
iv) Arsenic (Ac) : 0.1 mg/kg.

Microbiological Limits :

i) Aerofic Plate Count : Max. 1000 cfu/g.
ii) Coliform : Max. 10/g.
iii) E.coli : Negative/g.
iv) Salmonella : Absent/25g.
v) Yeast & mould : Max. 50/g.
