1-Long Fibre Cellulose:
Cellulose: should be produced 100% from the needle leaf tree
Whiteness :Min. %80(on Elrepho 457 filter)
Grinding conditions: Reaching 26-30 oSR(490-425 CSF)
a- 30. minutes max with Valley-Beater grinding
b- max. 4,300 total revolution with PFI grinding
Physical properties:According to Tappi,Scan or ISO test procedures,
at the degree 26-30 oSR grinding:
a- Breaking strength: Breaking length(m),min.: 7,500 or
Breaking index(xxxxx/g),min :73,6
b- Tearing strength : Factor(100 xxxxx2/g),min : 102 or,
Index(N.2/g)min. : 10
c-Explosion strength :Factor(100 gf/xxxxx/m 2) :45
Index(xxxxx2/g).min .4.4
Dirtiness(ppm-mm2/m2) .5 max totally
Humidity : %12+/- 3
Ash(%) :0,5 max

2-Short Fibre Cellulose
Cellulose should be produced from the wide leaf tree
Whiteness: Same as in needle leaf cellulose
Grinding conditions. Smae as in needle leaf cellulose
Physical properties: According to Tappi,SCAN or ISO test procedures at the 26-30 oSR grinding degree:
a- Breaking strength : Breaking length(m),min. 5,500
Breaking index(xxxxx/g),min. 53.9
b-Tearing strengthh : Factor( 100 xxxxx2/g),min. 75 or,
Index(N.2/g),min . 7.4
Explosion strength: Factor(100 gf/cm2/g/m2) . 30 or,
Index(xxxxx2/g),min : 2,9
Dirtiness and ash values are exactly as same as in the needle leaf cellulose.

3- Mechanic Wooden Cellulose
Whiteness min. % 70( on Elrepho 457 filter)
Breaking strength : min 20(25 oSR)
Tearing index,min. : min. 3(25 oSR) (xxxxx2/
