We are looking for mozzarella cheese for our frozen pizza and pasta topping and plain cream for cooking cream or cream sauce production. The terms of the products we demand as follows: Mozzarella cheese- Shape type : shredded and in blocks Specifications:Moisture-46%Max, FDB-42%Min, Salt-1.6%Max and H-5.1~5.5. Higher in protein, good stretch ability and heating resistance. The product we require can be made from cow milk, buffalo milk or goat milk (buffalo is our preference.) Unit weight : about 5kg per bag or block Incoterm : C&F Taichung port of Taiwan Intended order quantity: minimum 20 MT per month Payment terms: L/C or T/T Liquid Cream- Unit weight: approx 10kg or 10litres/ bag Storage: It can be refrigerated or under room temperature (the product under room temperature is our preference.) Specifications: over Fat-36.5% and PH-6.5~6.8 Incoterm : C&F Taichung port of Taiwan Intended order quantity: minimum 20 MT per month.
