Buy Closed Cell Polyethelene

I am interested to buy Closed Cell Polyethelene, about a minimum of 1/4 inch thick, 84 inches wide, and in long rolls. It must be water proof and ozone/ chlorine resistant. I normally use 150 Foot rolls and buy two to five at a time. This material must float on top of hot tubs and spas to help insulate. I would be appreciated if you can offer me the best prices. I am looking for the best and prompt response. Your response would be appreciated.
