Our company would like to buy copper-coated welding wire diameter 1.6 mm made of steel 09?2? (09Mn2As):

Ni, max 0.25

Cr, max 0.20
? 0,05-0,11

S, max 0.025

The thickness of copper coating - 0,15 mm min.
Maximum tolerance (deviation) by diametr (1,6 mm) ? 0,12 mm
The remaining of aluminium must not exceed 0,05%.
Ovality of the wire must not exceed a half of maximum deviation by diameter. .
Tensile strength of the wire must be 882-1274 MPa.
The surface of wire must be clean and smooth, without cracks, breakdowns, folds,
abscesses, dints, cinders, drosses, oil and other dirt.
On the surface of wire can be risks, scratches and dents.
On the surface of wire must not be technological lubrication with the except the remaining of the graphite and sulfur lubricant. The initial order is 6 tons.
