We are a medium company based in venice - italy that imports and sells vintage-style clothing and accesoires, both original and new.

We are now expanding, opening two more shops and and an e-commece web site.

We want to produce polos shirts and t-shirts with custom design and color patterns
(see the attached photos as example).

In total we want to produce:

1 polo shirt design with 4 fabric pattern swatches

1 t-shirt design with 4 fabric pattern swatches

Please take the time to read and answer to all of our following requests:

1-do you produce polo shirts and t-shirts with custom design (shape)?

2-if yes, is it possible to choose from different fabric and to design our own patterns (exemple: stripes, xxxxx)?

3-wich informations do you need to send us a more detailed quotation? (we can send you detailed pictures and measurements of the sample)

4-what is your minimum order quantity per design with 3/4 fabric pattern swatches?

5-is it possible, also with additional costs, to produce/order below the minimum order quantity? If yes, which are the additional charges?

6-can you send us fabric samples with our custom patterns and colors?
Do you also have samples of already existing fabrics?

7-can you produce a sample from a custom design? (that we can see and approve before ordering)
Wich are the costs? (shipping to italy included)

7-can you produce the sample from a professional graphic tracing?
can you produce it from another sample that we can send to you?

8-is it possible to have our own label printed and attached?

9-do you pack the articles individually? (please specify additional costs)

10-wich is normally your lead time?
