RFQ Details

I need sample and pricing to manufacture and package a custom styled bird cage. I have specific size, material and packaging specifications. I need quote to cover manufacturing as well as shipping cost and lead time. I can provide photographs. I will need sample ***** can ship sample to you for pricing
Size: Two piece design with a leg stand 16x16x20. square top w/ legs that flair out to the side and end with a scroll at the bottom.
Cage: to fit onto top of stand. 16x16x30. Square bottom and ends at point at top. 1/2" bar spacing w/ slid out bottom tray, hinged access door, 4 wooden dowels perches and wooden top swing. Four plastic feeding / water cups.
Material must be all non toxic powder coated metal. I would like two finished similar to an antique white and a antique black or pewter. cage actually slips into the inverted stand for shipping in a smaller box. 1/8'" bar stock for cage with decorative horizaltal band at top, middle and bottom. Stand is made of 1/8"x3/4" wide flat bar stock material.
