Buyer Information

RFQ Details

Sub : Inquiry for Iron & Steel Scrap

Dear Sir,
We would inform that our clients want to import 1000 M/Ton
Heavy Melting Scrap : HMS No.1 & 2 : Mixed at 80 : 20 rate .
Payment .Buyer will pay 100% value by Confirmed L / C .
PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE ( PG ) : Buyer propose that seller
must submit one P G in the shape / form of bank guarantee
for 5% of total C & F ( C ) value before issuance of Letter
of Credit ( L / C ). If seller fail to ship goods within shipment
schedule time ( proposed by seller in his offer ), buyer will forfeit ( fiscate ) seller's money of PG as penalty for non-shipment of goods in time.

Please note that No PG from Seller , No L / C from buyer.

If seller agree to provide PG ( 2% - 5% ) before L / C ,
then seller should send offer(s) for HMS & other Ferrous
Metal Scraps - used rails, used ship's plate, used steel pipe, ect. , ect. basis C & F ( C ) Chittagong sea port, Bangladesh.

Please note that Bangladesh lies between India & Myanmar in
asia continent.
