Spec. in detail,
6 COLOURS 800 mm FLEXO PRINTING MACHINE
Possibly of 6 colours printing.
By changing of servo motors direction there is possibility of 3 on the front-3 on the back,
5 on the front 1 on the back or 6 colours on the one side printing.
Double winder, double unwind and tension controlled
Ink rollers are operating separately with asynchronous motor. So, the pistons prevent the
cliche rollers pressing when the machine stops. At the same time ink rollers continue to
rotate by asynchronous motor separately from the machine. Owing to this, inks freezing
is prevented and its homogeneous is provided.
The dry fan has resistance and with absorb blowing.
Rolls are min. 80 mm. Printing length is min. 300 mm and max. 1000 mm.
nk rolls are durable to ethilacohol and covered by rubber.
Main rolls are covered by chrome.
Its possible to print on gelatine,PP, HDPE, LDPE, BOPP, paper, cloth, bags ect.
