We are a bread manufacturer in Hong Kong providing bread to restaurants everyday. Sandwich bread is the main product group of our company. We are now sourcing from prospective supplier to provide good quality flour with good price. The sandwich bread is for business consumption, therefore, the expectation on the quality of flour should not be too high. It should be balanced with the cost we can afford as the sandwich bread wholesale market is way too competitive recently. The flour should, of course, meet with the requirement of Hong Kong import regulations on imported food. The quantity we need every month is around 1000 bags and our company have enough storage space. Hence, only deliver once a month is needed. We hope to build up a long term relationship with our supplier, and the continuity of supplying flour is another important concern for us.
