RFQ Details

We would like a written quote with technical specifications. We also want to see the manufacturers website. US regulations require Urea importers to have some certificates mandated by: 1) The US Environmental Protection Agency ( EPA). 2) The U.S.Department of Agriculture 3) The California Department of Agriculture. Is the manufacture aware of these requirements? We do have our own payment terms which I will post below this message shortly. I think both sides will have to come to a compromise. t will be 100% Irrevocable confirmed, Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC) in favor of seller. Here above are our preferred payment terms. Please take note that we cannot bypass you and deal with the manufacturer. To make this thing work, you should secure a commission agreement with the manufacturer and let us discuss and deal with the manufacturer. We want to be certain that we are dealing with the manufacturer.
