I am representing Green-World agricultural company based in South Africa. If price and quality requirement are satisfactory, we are able to process 20, 000 ton per year at this time , with more possibility of increasing quantity. Therefore we would like you to send us your supply conditions, such as, min. quantity, price , quality, delivery, payment method, quality verification method, etc.

1. Payment Term
L/C is preferably acceptable. In case of requiring T/T and advance payment(deposit),

2. Quality & Quantity Inspection
Shipment inspection will be performed to ensure if the quality & quantity requirements are met in accordance with the above 1 and contract. Upon violating any requirements, every cost incurred and following disposition shall be at no cost to Buyer.
