RFQ Details

My business partner and I are in the field of supplying BBQ's to the Australian public and are looking at expanding further into more larger, more modernised modules. I will be venturing over to China in a couple of weeks and would love to come and visit and meet with you. You would be doing us such a favour if I could view your products on offer in your manufacturing warehouse. There are a few questions that I would like to ask initially: 1 - Are you the actual manufacturer of these products? 2 - Do you have a website that we can view before I travel over to visit you? 3 - What is your MOQ? 4 - Can we purchase sample products for our inspection in Australia? 5 - What is the FOB price and at what Port do you deliver to? 6 - What are, if any, your warranty/returns policies? Can I send back over to you any spare parts, in quantities of 5 or 10, etc? 7 - Are there any new models coming out in the near future? 8 - Do you sell to any other Australian sellers? 9 - And do you have the current safety certificates? Do you meet the safety standards of AGA (Australian Gas Association)? We would really appreciate your reply at your earliest convenience and look forward to building a long term business relationship with you.
