Buyer Information

RFQ Details

Although buyer requires most of the usual documentation, he relies solely on the results of a small trial delivery first. This is a requirement, not an option. It is the first thing a seller has to be able to agree to do. The trial shipment will demonstrate the seller is genuine and can perform. Once the trial is successfully completed the contract can be implemented in full and subsequent shipments made as per the agreed upon schedule.

The buyer does not provide banking instruments other than POF bank to bank which forces sellers to travel to the refinery with the gold to make sure they get paid. The buyer picks up reasonable travel expenses for the seller (one person). No waiting for an MT, no financier to get in the way because of the small shipments and because the financier knows that by traveling to the refinery the seller will get paid and a chance for the seller to get directly involved and deliver and collect. Claims this system is just fine with the real sellers he deals with.

The buyer has been approved and Bonded with USA Customs. Buyer is also an established company with an account at an LMBA refinery which by itself should be a good enough credential.

The buyer is pre financed with the refinery therefore everyone is guaranteed to be paid after final assay.

BUYERS PROCEDURES
1. Receive un-sanitized, signed FCO from seller which includes procedures per below.
2. Buyer sends Seller SPA
3. Seller signs SPA, returns signed SPA and Buyer counter-signs SPA
4. Upon signing the contract, Seller will provide POP
5. Sellers bank verifies POF with Buyers bank directly
6. Seller makes trial shipment (2-15 kgs) directly to the LBMA refinery destination in USA keeping title in sellers name. Seller travel with gold is welcome. Buyer will reimburse reasonable seller travel expenses
7. With final assay report, Buyer makes final payment ( direct wire into sellers bank account) within 72 hours and title changes over to buyer
