RFQ Details

Dear Sir,
I need a machine that sticks pvc or vinyl facing at the front face of gypsum board sheets and aluminium foil or metallized pet foil facing at the back of the sheet.Then I need a machine with a horizontal automatic rail that moves to and fro and carries paper gypsum boards 240cm x 120cm to three automatic revolving saws that cut the gypsum boards into 4 ceiling board ceiling tiles 60cmx60cm. After this I need a machine to pack all these tiles into cartoons or by nylon shrink packaging.I want to clarify to you that I will not manufacture the paper gypsum board sheets that are 120cmx240cm I will buy them already manufactured all I will do is cut them into tiles and then pack them. I want to produce 300,000m2 of gypsum tiles/year and I want one automatic gypsum tiles production line.Please answer me at your quickest convenience.
