Dear Exporters,

We are one of the largest LPG Cylinder manufacturing companies in Bangladesh. For our lpg cylinder manufacturing factory we require to import 600 M/Tons hot rolled steel sheet in coil as per following specification:

Specification:

Hot rolled steel sheet in coil as per JIS G3116 SG295 (SG30), mill edge, unpickled, unoiled but skin passed, deep drawing quality and suitable for manufacturing lp gas cylinder.

A) size:2.65 mmx1090 mm x coil - 400 Ton and B) Size: 3.00mm x 1090 mmx coil - 200 Ton. Coil weight:8 M/Ton (max), Coil ID:762 mm (max)

Chemical composition:
A)carbon:0.20%, b) manganese:1.00%,
C) phosphorus:0.04%, d) sulphur:0.04%,
E) silicon:0.35%

Mechanical properties:
A)tensile stress:45 KG/sq. Mm (min),
B) yield stress:30 KG/sq. Mm (min),
D) elongation:26% (min)

Shipment within 30 days from confirmation/LC opening.
