Dear Sirs,

We are in need of large number of reflection paint . Now we give you the name of the products, quantity and pack manner etc. If the product is on your range, please E-mail the FOB prices to us as soon as possible so that we have time to talk about this further.

(1) Product name: reflection paint
(2) Quantity: 20,000 kilo (10,000kilo in blue and 10,000kilo in yellow)
(3) packing : You take the responsibility and it should be with the exporting standard.
(4) Terms of Payment: After signing the contract, we will pay 30% of the total amount as production deposit. For the balance, we will pay when examine and taking goods of each shipment. The balance of the deposit will be cleared at the last shipment. We can pay by T/T or L/C.
(5) Inspection: According to the samples sealed by both of us in your factory. 97% of the goods should eligible. The time limited of the production should be within 10 months from this time on.
(6) Anything not mentioned will be according to our contract or talk face to face.
