Buyer Information

RFQ Details

I am looking for seller who have experiences in supplying Fuel oil to Chinese Government.

No transneft fee, no pipeline fee, No Legalizatiion fee, No front fee.

PROCEDURE:

1. Buyer issues ICPO with 10 working days validity.
2. Seller issues Draft Contract.
3. Buyer signs Draft Contract.
4. The Seller/Buyer lodges Contract with their respective Banks.
5. Upon receipt Partial POP sent by seller bank, Buyer provides to Seller POF Confirmation via bank courier bank to bank.
6. Seller confirms via SWIFT the Full Proof of Product documents to buyer bank.
7. The Buyer bank issues non-operative Letter of Credit, MT103/23 to Seller bank.
8. Seller bank issues 2% PB to buyer bank which shall automatically activate Letter of Credit or MT103/23 of first shipment value.
9. Within 7 working days the Seller makes the first delivery.
