RFQ Details

We need following ATV parts for our Baja SAE car project. We are making two car for two competitions.

(1) ATV Tyres of following dimensions:
Front tyres: 21x7-10 Quantity:4
Rear Tyres: 22x8-10 Quantity:4
Note: We can consider slight different dimensions of tyres if rims for their size are not available. The tread pattern must be for off-road ATV vehicle .

(2) Rims should be of such dimensions that fits in these tyres. The material of the rims must be aluminium alloy.
Quantity: 8 for 8 tyres

(3) Shock Absorber of following specifications:
Length: 20 inch approx.
Spring rate: 175-200 lb/inch Quantity: 8
Travel: 4-6 inch

(4) Continuous Variable Transmission (CVT) that is to connected with engine. Quantity: 1

(5) Transmission (2-speed Gear Box with neutral)/ hydraulic transmission Quantity:1

(6) SAE 4130 pipes having following composition:
Carbon 0.28 - 0.33
Chromium 0.8 - 1.1 Quantity: 100 meters or more
Manganese 0.7 - 0.9
