Construction and supply of Two Pilot Boats in accordance with the terms and conditions of these documents, all finished, complete with all steel construction, deckhouse, all required machinery, piping systems, hydraulic and electrical installations, outfit and equipment fendering, instrumentation, controls and all other required installation, whether or not mentioned in the foregoing or in the Specification and standard inventory, in sturdy and robust construction, built to the highest quality of material, machinery, equipment, workmanship and quality control and controls for most efficient productivity and performance and inclusive of normal spares and tools as delivered by manufacturers of each machinery / equipment as integrated component of supplies, plus spares as specially identified in these documents, all transported and delivered complete, after satisfactory execution of all necessary / prescribed workshop and quay side functional tests and trials at the yard and Karachi Harbour and Sea Acceptance of two Pilot Boats to secure the Preliminary Acceptance and the Final Acceptance Certificate in terms of these documents.
