lease be noted that, We are planning to setup a plate service center in Chittagong and trying to source a Hot Rolled Coil Straightening and Shear Cutting Machine(Made in Europe) for this unit. Raw materials will be Hot Rolled Coils (from 4mm to 16mm, weight 12 MT ~ 25 MT, grade 40 & 60) and finished products will be plain sheets/plates of different dimension; capacity should be around 200 MT/day on 14 hours/day basis. Hope you will find the information useful. Please get the technical specification (i.e. dimension, operation parameter, power consumption etc.) along with the price quotation. Please note that thickness range of coil will be 4mm to 16 mm and the width will be from 900 mm to 1600 mm; coil length will not a factor – but the shearing machine should be able to cut the leveled plate as per desire length from 6m to 12 mm.
