dear sirwe are looking for special plush toys for mentally challanged kids for usa and canada market ,our specifications are vert stringent and quality requiremnts are very tough.at this stage we are looking for the fabric options and once the fabric option is selected, would pass design and pattern to the approved factoryour requirments for the plush are - short pile , even if kids chew and eat, no plush come in the mouth - the fabric to be laminated with soft pvc/ peva / or plastic , or durable material from base.- any kind of coating o the fabric top which is like water proof, spill proof is welcome we expect this toy to be heavely abused with htese special kidspls advise sunny
