RFQ Details

Dear Sir,

One of our german customer is looking for urgently the following products.

commodity:

Product: Rapeseed Oil Quality Weihenstephan Standard

Q uantity: up to 600,000 MT per 12 month

O rigin: for Seller's option

S pecification: Commodity fully fulfil the specification quality Weihenstephan Standard

P acking: Bulk shipment per 1 Class Vessel

Shipment Size: 12 shipments of 50,000 MT

Payment Terms: Please quote for non transferable and transferable L/C price

Credit, auto-revolving fully funded for one monthly shipment payable at sight of documents for total value of each shipment, issued or confirmed

by Top-50 prime banks

Performance Bond: Seller provides 2% performance bond of LC value revolving for entire

contract duration

Inspection: By SGS at seller's expense on quality, weight, and quantity in the

LOADING PORT for each shipment. SGS inspection report issued in the

LOADING PORT will be FINAL for both buyer and seller.

Required Documents:

1. SIGNED COMMERCIAL INVOICE IN 3 FOLDS

2. CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN ISSUED BY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

3. FULL SET OF ORIGINAL SHIPPED CLEAN ON BOARD OCEAN BILLS OF LADING

PLUS 4 NON-NEGOTIABLE COPIES, MADE OUT TO ORDER AND BLANK ENDORSED,

MARKED FREIGHT PREPAID, SHOWING BYERS BANK AS NOTIFY PARTY

4. CERTIFICATE OF QUALITY AND QUANTITY SIGNED AND ISSUED "TO WHOM IT

MAY CONCERN" BY INDEPENDENT SGS LAB AT THE LOADING PORT CONFIRMING

THE REQUIRED QUALITY ACCORDING TO WEIHENSTEPHAN STANDARD
