"Dear Sir,
We are having an existing 5 roller mill (Raymond mill) for grinding of Bentonite. The classifier provided alongwith the system is not satisfactory. Hence we are looking to adopt new technology classifier which can give us higher output and better mesh control.
The mesh size will be between 100-200, 95% - 99% passing on both. If you have any equipment that can fit readily into our Raymond Mill, it will be beneficial. Alternatively, we can also provide you opening dimensions of the existing classifier.
Our existing capacity output is 6Tons per hr. basis 100 mesh at 12% moisture content.
Technical details of Bentonite :
Hardness on Moh's scale : 3
Loose bulk density : .89 tons per mtr cube
Operating Temperature : 60 - 70 degree C
