Hi, I'm Ed Billo of ZiLOG Electronics Philippines, Inc. based Microcontroller Company and a leading supplier of micro devices for the infrared remote control market.

As part of our offering in the IR and Universal IR remote field, we have developed over a number of years an industry-leading IR code database. We are also into R & D and deal with configuration of remotes of several models/makes. To ensure that the Database remains current and comprehensive we are constantly looking to add new code sets from the latest remotes in the market place.

With this enhancement of our database in mind, we would like to discuss the possibility of any possible supplier's of remote control in Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Japan or any where in Asia to us to add to our database.

If you have friends or contacts that are interested in supplying remotes to ZiLOG, kindly inform us so we can start discussion with them of our requirement. Normally, we'll provide them the list of the remotes we are looking for, segregated by brand name & model numbers and provide them the OEM numbers for the remotes - this is the only reference number that would help us cross check on our database, and this also helps us avoid placing duplicate orders.
