We, L.S.I.E Ingenierie or filiale, confirm our interest and we are willing and able to purchase rough gem quality uncut diamonds subject to the following: Commodity: Rough diamonds Size: 5 to 60 carats Color : D to H Quality: IF to VS1 Shape: Makeables / Sawables Quantity: The purpose of this letter is to consummate a transaction for rough diamonds. My organizations is ready, willing and able to purchase rough diamonds in the amount of 1,000 cts to 10,000 cts via spot deal or long term contract, including rolls and extensions. We are private buyer and below are the stone specifications that we are interested in. PROCEDURES: Seller sends the manifest to buyer which specifies the product, the price, the name and address of the seller. Buyer will confirm by return the manifest and offer from seller. Buyer will have with him, one original proof of fund during his trip to RDC to show to . manager, before all inspection, his capability to buy. No one bank document can�t be send by mail but just original in office during the transaction. Seller will do all legal international documentation to export the parcel for buyer: (a) Signed Commercial Invoice . (b) Certificate of Ownership Title re-issued in the name of the Buyer, naming buyer as the new owner. (c) Kimberley Process Certificate (KPC). (d) Packing list (Manifest). Sincerely.
