RFQ Details

BUY SBLC
We are an investment Company in Hong Kong and China, want to buy Lease SBLC to enhance our credit facilities: USD5million initially and then USD20m.
Our procedures:
1. Sign Agreement
2. Leasee will provide POF of Payable Lease Fees.
3. Provider Bank will issue MT799 Pre-Advice with BG Text.
4. Leasee Bank will issue conditional ICBPO via MT103/23.
5. Provider Bank will issue MT760.
6. Authenication by bank to bank and ICBPO becomes
operative.
7. Hard copy of BG follows.
China companies and banks are conservative and they need provider to issue MT799 pre-advice before they will issue 103/23. If this step cannot be taken, please do not reply. The Signed Agreement must attach copy of proposed Text of MT799 with BG Text, MT760 Text and MT103/23 Text. This will avoid delays in implementation.
