the company that can produce the inflatable garment to our satisfaction, will have the contract to make these inflatable dresses and skirts for us.
the design is for a sealed inflatable dress and skirt, which would be able to be inflated with air, using a valve system, and be totally sealed, and {NOT FAN INFLATED IN ANY WAY}
the inflatable dress and inflatable skirt would have to be inflated using a beach ball type valve, and be capable of staying inflated with the valve only, and have welded seam,s so there is no air leakage whatever
the inflatable dresses and skirts may come in different shapes and design,s to suit customer want,s and needs, whether its an inflatable ball gown with a massive type inflatable skirt or whether its an inflatable mini skirt, or an inflatable maids outfit,or inflatable wedding gown

the ball gowns dresses and skirts would be made of an air tight material such as pvc, and be a self contained unit, where the actual dress or ball gown can be inflated with air
an inflatable dress, skirt or ball gown would be a massive skirt, that is made out of an air tight material, with a valve on it, so that the wearer can put the dress or ball gown on, and then inflate the skirt with air, to give the skirt a full and large bell shaped look.
the inflatable dress or ball gown would have to be a sealed, self contained unit, that IS NOT FAN INFLATED< but is a self contained inflatable, which once inflated, stays inflated without re inflating, and can be inflated and deflated with a valve similar to that on a beach ball or other type sealed inflatable
