RFQ Details

I am leading an investigation to try to secure silicon ingots to my company. We can accept round ingots and psq ingots, either 6" and 8".

Regarding wafers: mono and mutlicrystalline, 125x125mm, out of diameter 150+/-1 mm and 156x156mm/out of diameter 200-205+/-1mm.

Regarding raw material: silicon chunks (6N and 8N), pot scrap (p-type with resistivity>0.5 Ohmxcm and n-type with resistivity>1.0 Ohmxcm)
