RFQ Details

To all whom it may concern (in China)!
Our enterprise is interested in cooperation with the manufacturers of
the next goods:
1. Tube type AISI 304 (ATSM A 269;DIN W. 1.4301; EN 1.4301) tube with diameter
7,5x0,5x5000-6000 - (the approximate annual demand is 45-50
tones)
2.Tube type AISI 304 (ATSM A 269; DIN W. 1.4301; EN 1.4301) tube with diameter
10x0,5x5000-6000 - DIN1.4301; (the approximate annual demand is 25-30
tones)
3. Tube type AISI 304 (ATSM A 269; DIN W. 1.4301; EN 1.4301) tube with diameter
12x0,5x5000-6000 - DIN1.4301 (the approximate annual demand is 8.5-10
tones)
4.Tube type AISI 304 (ATSM A 269; DIN W. 1.4301; EN 1.4301) tube with diameter
16x0,7x5000-6000 - DIN1.4301 (the approximate annual demand is 10-15 tones)

The technic characteristics are the next:
External diameter tolerance: +/- 0,075 mm
Length tolerance: from 400 to 3.300 mm +/- 1 mm - from 3.300 to
6.000mm +/- 2 mm
Internal diameter of the ends calibrated
Max. thickness of internal welding seam (weld bead) 0.1 mm -
Deflection 1 mm/mt
PACKING: wooden boxes.
Plythene sheet will be used as protection.
DEFERENCE TECHNICAL STANDARDS:
DIN 17441 for raw material technical requirements; 2463 -part 1* for
tolerances; DIN 17547-54141 for the control of the production
propces; DIN 50136-50137 for the mechanical tests on the tube.
According to the above standarts the tubes are divided:
-test class 2 according to the special tubes standarts- Welding
factor: 1.
At the same time we are interested to receive the tubes with the
stripe 15,4x0,4 (in rolls 70-90 kg). The cover of the surface is AB
(like mirror).
