We want to purchase about 50,000 Tons of Iron Ore per Month as per following Specs :

SIO2 3.50% Max

AL2O3 3.40% MAX

PHOSPHORUS 0.08%

SULPHUR 0.04%

MOISTURE ( WATER ) 8.00%

HOWEVER WE HAVE MINES OF QUARTZITE & LITERATE IN KARNATAKA STATE INDIA. THE SAME IS USED IN THE BLAST FURNACE TO MANUFACTURE STEEL FROM ION ORE.

1. SILICA SIO2 : 97.20%
2. IRON OXIDE FE2O3 : 1.10% ( FE : 0.77 )
3. ALUMINA AL2O3 : 0.60%
4. TOTAL ALKALIES : NA2O+K2O : 0.50%
5. LIME : TRACES
6. MAGNESIA MGO : NIL
7. LOSS ON IGNITION ( WATER ETC.. ) 0.48%
8. SIZE : 80 MESH/ 100 MESH/ 150 MESH
LUMPS 6 INCH TO 8 INCH OR 10 MM TO 40 MM OR 40MM TO 80 MM.
LATERITE REPORT :
1. Sum total of Al2 O3 and Fe2 O3 total contents minimum 65 to 70 percent.
2. Any one of above from 25 to 35% minimum
3. SiO2 8% maximum
4. Size 00 to 200 mm
