The wristband idea is SIMILAR to the silicone bands, but they will NOT meet my needs.

The wristband needs to be at least 10 inches in overall length to fit a large wrist, and must be adjustable to fit a small child's wrist. The simplest solution, to me, is to use a plastic material similar to that used in the strap on adjustable baseball caps. The flash card and USB connector could be in a soft material, in the same plastic as the band, or other material.

The image is not meant to be exact, except for the length, and may be modified as needed.

Because the band will be worn at all times, the USB connection on the top may need an additional snap or other connection means to prevent it from opening accidentally and falling off the wrist.

Most of the existing USB drives are good examples of POOR caps that easily get lost. In this case, the entire device might get lost.

It is imperative that the product cost be as low as possible. Please quote pricing for 256mg, 512mb and 1gb memory sizes. I also need the estimated production time.
