RFQ Details

CONDITIONS:
1. Previous B/L showing recent shipment to China. A pre-requisite for LOI
2. Non- Transferable LC only
3. Non- Revolving LC only
4. The buyer is a government agency in China. LOI with bank details and sift probe authorization will be given. NO BCL. LOI will be released only if B/L showing earlier shipment is shown
5. Must have own AQSIQ No. No 3rd party AQSIQ, ie, the contractual party name and AQSIQ holder must be same.
6. Seller bank can speak to buyer bank and have all clarifications required since it si a government agency
7. Requirement: 900,000 x 12 to China
