RFQ Details

I'm looking to import good used tires in the following sizes and quality:
15" 22575; 15" 22570 and 14" 18565; 14" 18570; 14" 19570. Minimum Tread Depth 4mm; Like sets of 2 ea or, 4 ea. Condition to be road worthy for resale in USA. 1 to 3 containers per month. Can you tell me if you can provide these sizes, quantity, required payment and shipping terms, and how you control the quality and price proposal?
