RFQ Details

We need to Buy Weighing Machines that should be made from good quality non-corrosive Metal having minimum thickness 1.2 mm. The machine should have a maximum capacity of 150 kg. the smallest graduation shall not be more than 0.5 kg. The machine shall conform the standard as per laid down under standard of weight & Measure The machine should be portable and a handle should be provided. The machine should be painted with good quality enamel paints/ powder coating and the top of the machine should be covered (Pasted) with Rexine having min thickness of 1 mm. The platform for standing will be round with minimum diameter 320 mm. The machine should be so constructed as to enable a direct net weighing to be obtained. Adult weighing machine should be fitted with efficient oscillation control devices. The dial should be graduated into equal parts and the minimum distance between consecutive graduation shall be not less than 2 mm. Provision of a screw for adjustment of the pointer to correct error shall also be provided. The indicator of the weighing machine should be covered with a clear transparent unbreakable Plastic lenses to facilitate clear vision of the graduation.
