Buyer Seeking Rough Diamonds

RFQ Details

Greetings:

My consulting firm is direct to an entity that represents two different buyer's mandate who are seeking to purchase diamonds (if the price is reasonable and/or negotiable) on behalf of their clients. Let me know if this is something that you can provide and we will put the machinations in place to forward you an LOI, after a conversation is held with the appropriate parties to agree on the procedures.

BUYER NUMBER 1

I have a group that is a conglomerate of buyers that wants to buy rough stones in massive quantities. They represent some of the prevalent names in the diamond industry.
Minimum of 500k carats a month of rough uncut. If your seller had a 5 million carat lot of stones 2 carats or more of colors D-J and clarity FL-VVS2 at Brinks in NYC right now, they would buy them tomorrow.

They have an SBLC of $200B and a BCL of $20B that they use to show POF. The buyers have the money and they are demanding a large spot buy right now and will roll into a yearly contract of 500k+ carats a month, no problem. The only caveat is their procedure as they won't fly anywhere to look at stones.

They want the stones at Brinks with a parcel number, a sample manifest, and a letter of authorization to sell the stones.

BUYER NUMBER 2

We at LTD. have full intention and financial ability to buy rough diamonds totaling between two and five million dollars.

The following is a list of the rough diamonds that we intend to purchase:

Color: D, E, F, G, H, I
Clarity: FL, VVS, VS, SI
Carats: 5 carats and up

We are also interested in colored diamonds, xxxxx, yellow, blue, pink, green and red.

We guaranty that once we verify the goods delivered to us match the goods that were listed and approved upon in the manifest, payment will be transferred to the bank of your choice.

I have the BCL and LOI for these buyers.
