RFQ Details

Below is our firm requirement.
BILLETS - We can import billets to Kandla port, India - the quantity / quality specifications will be as under:
1. Size: 60% 100x100
30% 130x130
10% 150x150 / 160x160
2. Quantity: 20, 000 MT +/- 10%
3. Length: If in break bulk, ideal would be 12 meters. If that is not possible, then 6 meters.
4. Chemistry: As per BS grade. EN 10025
5. Quality: Prime billets, tested along with Mill Test Certificate.

SLABS
1. Quantity: 300MT for trial basis. If that is successful, then we can take 2000MT/mth

IS 2062: 2006 - When the steel is killed by aluminium alone, the total aluminium content shall not be less than 0.020 percent. When the steel is killed by silicon alone, the silicon content shall not be less than 0.10 percent. When the steel is silicon-aluminium killed, the silicon content shall not be less than 0.030% and total aluminium content shall not be less than 0.010%. Nitrogen content of steel shall not exceed 0.012 percent which shall be ensured by the manufacturer by occasional check analysis. For micro alloyed steel this is to be reduced to 0.009%
Micro- Alloying elements like Nb, V and Ti may added single or in combination. The total micro-alloying elements shall not be more than 0.250% . BSEN 10025-2:2004
The Max value for nitrogen does not apply if the chemical composition shows a minimum total Al content of 0.015% or alternatively min 0.013% acid soluble Al or if sufficient other N binding elements are present. In this case the N binding elements shall be mentioned in the inspection documents.The steel may show a Nb content of Max 0.060%, a V content of Max 0.150% and a Ti content of max 0.060%. 3. Size: Thickness: 200 mm / 210mm Width: In multiples of 400mm .
