Exclusive Ltd is interested in purchasing of the following kinds of equipment
an automatic line for producing paper rolls and towels with the following technical characteristics:
productivity with 3-shift working day not less than 4 mln. rolls per month with the paper length winding 25 m. per roll
possibility to produce paper rolls with and without inside core
possibility to produce paper with 2 and 3 layers out of 1-layer paper bobins
possibility of layers gluing
possibility of deep pressing (ex. point-to-point method), pressing of the layers separately and together with gluing
automatic packing of 4; 8; 24 rolls
tissue machine in assembly for tissue paper producing with the following technical characteristics:
productivity of 40-50 tons per day
possibility to use as raw cellulose as well as recycled paper (mackle paper)
grammage 13-45 gr/m2
cutoff width of the paper flat is 2300 - 2800 mm.
Paper Bobbin Slitter Rewinder machine with the following characteristics
grammage 15-45 gr/m2
working speed 200-300 m/min
possibility to produce 2- or 3-layer paper bobbin out of 2 or 3 1-layer paper bobbins
inside core diameter of produced bobbins is 76.7 mm.
bobbin width to be cut is 190 - 1040 mm.
