RFQ Details

Dear Sir,

l am a commission agent and l have a buyer for gold bullions and he says:-

Please kindly send us the FCO of 20, 000MT AU, or/and above, we have the buyer.

Enclosed below is the request from our buyer:-

Dear Mr.

We can offer to buy gold Bullion/dust Gold. We co-operate with a serious reliable team and cover the gold of Hong Kong in the bank HSBC.

Currently we can offer to buy any amounts from more than 20, 000MT. We have from the same Seller/Buyer of ourselves two different procedures. Among the rest, offer SWISS, our with the SWISS Procedure is currently 8/5 request contacts us, then we can send to you the NCNDA and afterwards you send us the FCO.

We would be pleased with you to be able to co-operate in future.

Procedures;

1. Seller issue FCO, likewise, buyer issues Letter of Intent together with Ready, Willing and Able.

2. Seller or Seller's Mandate and Buyer or Buyer's Mandate shall meet at Seller's servicing bank (Siam Bank Head Office, Bangkok, Thailand or Hong Kong)

3. Buyer's will arrange to show Proof of Funds or issue non-operative instruments by way of Bank Guarantee/Swift MT760 or Bank Comfort Letter (BCL)

4. Upon Satisfaction, seller will instruct the bank to block the Au Gold for immediate implementation, Swift Wire confirmation shall be course to the Buyer's Bank.

5. Buyer will advise his bank to wire transfer or SWIFT wire the availability of funds to the seller's bank.

6. Final Contract shall be signed by the principal seller and buyer after paragraph 3 and 4 is completed.
