RFQ Details

Please send Soft Offer if the terms can be accepted by your seller.
1. Must have direct contact with Seller.
2. Soft Probe via SWIFT only, no BCL.
3. Irrevocable, non-transferable letter of Credit confirmed by HSBC. Divisible or Transferable can be issue, but have to include all beneficiaries on Letter Credit.
4. All party will be include in MFPA but have all be transparent, in other word the contract will only be sign between Buyer and Seller.
5. ICPO, Soft probe and Draft Contract will be issue upon received the FCO.
6. Under 200,000/MT, must be from Vladivostok.
