Conductor material – Copper is preferred
The chip of each tag should be bonded to the antennae using non-conductive adhesive method and with a protective film over the chip
The tag should come complete as one paper-thin adhesive label (0.5mm thick or less) with backing paper that can be easily peeled off

must be re-writeable and the life-time read/write cycles must be at least 50,000 times
must be able to operate and store within a reasonable temperature range of 0 to 50 degree Celsius and humidity range of 5% to 95%. The tag must be able to withstand storage temperature of 0 to 70 degree Celsius.
