RFQ Details

We are a company that imports Non-Ferrous Metals. We have been in the industry for a decade now. We have a contract to purchase Copper Cathodes with Monthly order of 10,000 MT. We are looking for leasing SBLC. We need a revolving year-long SBLC. Here is our proposed procedure. We are not intending to pay a substantial amount before the actual issuance. We will pay the actual bank Swift charge which is relatively small. Once the pre-advice MT799 has been issued, we will once again pay the actual Swift charge for MT760. All the Swift Message should be delivered via bank to bank. Paper documents showing that the instrument has been issued have no effect at all. Receiving bank must confirm the Swift Message to be accepted as genuine MT799. Once the final MT760 has been delivered and confirmed by receiving bank, then we will make the payment. We can discuss payment procedure only when these conditions are acceptable. Do not send me offers that do not abide by the conditions above. We can provide necessary documents upon your request.
