Dear sir,

Its sa pleasure to introduce ourself as Buyers representative for the procurement of Coking coal for our Met-coke manufacturing company based in West Bengal & Orissa. We have been procuring coking coal from Australia but we aren't getting the quantities we are looking forward too for our annual requirements and also for other ancillary units as well.
Our states are having an overwhelming shortage of 30 million tons of coking coal in India. Coal requiring for the generation of Power units as well as for steel mills and we are also having the appropriate resources and contacts to generate long term contacts with State governments and other Private Units.
The important specifications that we require includes Ash, Volatile Matter, Sulphur and Phosphorus content of the Coal, Swelling Indices, dilatation, fluidity and reflectance in assessing its suitability for steel production.
