RFQ Details

we have received an invitation for a new tender of 450 tons of evaporated unsweeted milk having the following specifications::
1-butterfat percentage in milk should be at least 7.8%.
2-Total solid percentage should not be less than 25%.
3-Milk should be hompgemized and have normal flavour and color.
4-Total acidity percentage should not be more than 0.41%expressed in terms of Lactic acid.
5-Vitamins such as "A",D are permitted to be addes to the milk.
6-Good packed in tins of 410grams net and48 tins into a strong export cartons.
7-The following should be printed on each tin in Arabic and English Language and the invoices must so certify-
-fat percentage.
-Ingredients-
-Solid percetage.
-Acidity percentage.
-Date of production and expiry to be embossed on the top of the tins and Batch No.should be embossed on the bottom of each tin
For cumption by Jordan Armed Force.
-Brnd name.
Country of orgin.
-weight.
-Code word.
8-Beneficiaries to undertake that in the event the goods are not in conformity with Jordanian specifications; and in accordance to the samples submitted to refund the value of the credit and the cost of the recport of the goods from Jordan at their expenses.
9-Other documents:
A-Legalized original invoices and certificates of origin to be certified by the Chamber of Commerce and the Jordanian Consulate.
B.Bill of loading
C.Seperated Certificates issued by the competent authoritis certifying that the milk has been inspected for con;tamination with radio activity, and the radiation activity withiin international and Jordanian limits.
D. Seperated certificate issued by the competent authorities certifying that goods are fit for human consuption.
E.Seperated certificate of analysis is required duly certified and legalized.;
10-Bid Bond for (5%) five percent of the total value will be provided by our associates locally.
11- Performance Bond for 10%(ten percent) of the total value should be telexed seven days from date of award.
