Properly canned peaches, pears and plums pulp ,apple cream,apple juce pulp,sweet persimmons,sweet corn karnels, are superior in quality to the same fruits when frozen. Fruit are safely canned in sweet syrup, water, or fruit juice. Fruit canned in syrup holds its shape, color and flavor, even after canning. Fruit canned in water or juice helps reduce the sugar content of the canned fruit. We pack our fruit, vine and tree ripened (never green) so you can be assured you're getting the most flavorful fruit in a can.

Similarly vegetables are carefully selected for color, tenderness, and freedom from blemishes. They are the tenderest, succulent, and flavorful vegetables produced and canned. Vegetables for canning are grown especially for that purpose and the processing preserves much of their nutritional value.
