Hello
This is Lana Ramadan from Elfouad Company i am searching for Canned tuna in cartons of 48 tins every tin of 200GR or 100GR by Quantity of 15000cartons 10000 cartons of 100GR and 5000 of 200GR. Please send me your best price offer by American dollars under the bellow conditions.


Packing: in cartons of 48 tins every tin of 200GR or 100GR and the following must be written in Arabic and English on every tin and carton.
1- Canned tuna
2- Name of factory address and trade mark
3- Date of production and expiration
4- Net/gross weight
5- Percentage of contents grade and colour.
6- Name of importer and address
7- Kind of oil, filing materials and additives.

Specifications:
1- It should be in tuna fish suitable for canning and free from signs of putrefaction.
2- Cans should be free from other fish flesh, bones and skin.
3- It should show colour odour and taste characteristics thereof.
4- Utilized oil should comply with the international standard specification of food oil.
5- Drop should not exceed of the volume of added oil or otherwise 3% of the net weight of the can contents.
6- Salt should not exceed 2%.
7- Antibiotics are not permitted to be added.
8- Tin or aluminium of cans should be of good quality. The thickness and rolling of which should be regular.
9- The Cans should be lined with an insulating material that should prevent the reaction of canned material with the inner surface of the can.
10- The external appearance of the can should be free from any signs of spoilage `such as swelling leakage, rust, serration and /or any other similar signs.
11- The can should be internally free from any rust and/ or any traces of reaction between canned material and the inner surface of it.
12- Consignment must be good for exportation, free from food poisoning and/or any harmful matter, suitable for human consumption and had been caught from localities unpolluted with atomic radiation.

Price: On basis FOB and C&F full liner terms.

Bid Bond: covering 2%of the total value valid for 1 month in favour of Nile Company issued by first class bank announced and confirmed by Egyptian bank payable at the guichet .Bid Bond must be unconditioned.

Performance Bond: Covering 5% of total value for 30 days after the arrival of vessel it must be unconditioned.

Payment: By irrevocable, confirmed L/C payable afyter release of goods be Egyptian Authorities.(in case of regection no payment will be effected)
