This type machine mainly applies to the full-auto capping works of Eight treasure porridge (milk and peanuts, powered milk cans, turtle paste, etc.) plastic cover. It controls the motions of the whole capping process automatically through PLC computer programming, and has realized high-speed capping in single track by using automatic can-classifying device, cans falling prevention and positioning device, synchronous and uniform-speed automatic capping device as well as automatic cap distribution device, without adding ancillary separate transmission lines. That can save 50 meters or more transmission lines in comparison with the multi-channel capping. The whole capping process with automatic can-feeding and can-classifying, automatic sorting, automatic mounting and automatic capping, has take the place of manually capping and traditional semi-automatically multi-channel capping device. Thus the capping in single track can save manpower and increase the production effect greatly.
