RFQ Details

Casted Polyolefin Sheets with UV protectent used for truck mud flaps, must be weather and sun resistant and can not begin to warp when the elements are forced upon it. We have two thicknesses of material and what we call a "good side" and a "bad side" on each piece of xxxxx good side has what looks like sand mixed into the material and is shiny and slick. The bad side of the material is dull. We use .150" thick material which is smooth on both sides,again, one side is shiny and slick and the other side is dull.
The second material is .220" thick and is grooved on one side, the flat side is the good sideand is shiny and slick, the bad side is grooved and dull. The way the grooves run is extremely important and if wrong will make the sheets unuseable.
The .150" sizes are,
21"x26" 19"x20.5" 23.5"x34"

The .220" sizes are,
24"x36" of which the grooves run parallel with the 36" side, there are also holes stamped into one end of the sheet.
24"x30" of which the grooves run parallel with the 30" side, there are also holes stamped in the end of this material as well.
23.5"x34" of which the grooves run parallel with the 34" side, there no holes in this material.
