i can send you an LOI and i would expect you to respond with a soft offer. all the in between in of no interest to us. if your soft offer is acceptable- we will proceed to opening the instrument for payment directly. no time wasting. if your going to shop around with my icpo then that means you do not have allocation which means you are not a mandate in which case we could not proceed further.

any commercial checks are welcome on my companies- i have a policy with Euler branded who would carry out commercial checks on your company before any transactions commenced.

i only wish to deal with a mandate who has allocation. so please confirm your position as i do not know you have any product to sell at this stage.
